Introducing Rita
Okay, it has taken longer than I anticipated to get out the second strip, but here it is. This time the artwork is by my lovely and talented wife of almost 25 years, Pam.

Dilbert Mashups
Scott Adams' Dilbert website has a marvelous feature called a mashup. This is where you can create your own ending to his strips. I'm prejudice, but I think I can often come up with a funnier punchline than Adams. See what you think:
Adams' 1/6/11
Mine 1/6/11
Adams' 1/5/11
Mine 1/5/11
Leave a comment and let me know what you think!

And So It Begins
Hello! Welcome to the world of Clarence, a lead engineer employed at Spought Aerospace.
This will be my second attempt at developing a blog directed at engineers, people who love engineers, and people who love to hate engineers.... This time I will be using a different medium, namely cartooning. Admittedly I have been inspired by Scott Adams, but my goal is not to be derivitive. With almost 25 years in the aerospace industry, I've developed my own view of the world, and hope to share it with anyone that is interested.
I'll be experimenting with this medium, so please feel free to share your feedback. I live with a house full of artistic types, so the art duties may get passed around, and I'll let everyone use their own style until I decide to pick one. This first strip was drawn by my oldest daughter. Hope you enjoy it.
